Dr. Adaora Odis

Dr. Adaora Odis is passionate about medical research and elimination of vaccine preventable diseases, a public health advocate dedicated to improving vaccine accessibility and acceptance in Africa.

Dr. Adaora Odis has a Ph.D. in Public health from the Central University of Nicaragua.

Dr. Adaora Isabella Odis is a 2022 WHO Fellow on COVID-19 Recovery for routine immunization, a 2023 Girllead fellow, an Independent Researcher, and has published more than 15 research works in International Journals and Linkedin.

She is a Member of the Nigerian Statistical Association and Member of the British Society for antimicrobial chemotherapy.

She is also a Board of Studies member at Texila American University, Equitable Medicaid and Clinical Research.

Barrister Tabe Ma'Enow Enowbikah

Barrister Tabe Ma'Enow Enowbikah is a renowned lawyer and philanthropist from Cameroon. With over 15 years of experience, she has established herself as a leader in the legal industry, specializing in Intellectual Property, Immigration, Business, and Real Estate Law.

Tabe Ma'Enow is known for her ability to overcome challenges and inspire others to achieve success.

She is a WIPO certified Scholar in Intellectual Property Law and has worked with prestigious organizations such as the Supreme Court of Cameroon.

In her private practice, she assists inventors and creative individuals in protecting their intellectual property rights and provides legal counsel in various areas, including immigration, business, debt recovery, real estate, and civil litigation.

Fiona Ahimie

Fiona Ahimie is the Managing Director of FBNQuest Securities Limited, a subsidiary of FBNQuest Merchant Bank, which is a subsidiary of First Bank of Nigeria Holding PLC.

Fiona was the Managing Director of African Alliance Limited, a South African Investment Banking Firm where she worked before her current role. She has worked with Cordros Capital, Stanbic IBTC Bank and Lead Capital Limited in different varying capacities.

Fiona is an Accounting graduate from Lagos State University with equivalent professional qualifications as a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Stockbroker. She holds an MBA from the prestigious Lagos Business School and a diploma from IESE, Spain. Fiona is the first female Vice President of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria, a position held by men for the last 30 years, which clearly distinguishes her, as she served on various committees with exceptional contributions.

Fiona serves on the board of Purple Real Estate Investment Limited, where she displays her advisory and supervisory abilities. She is also an active member of the Statutory Audit Committee of National Association of Securities Dealer of Nigeria (NASD) and the Central Securities Clearing System Limited (CSCS).

Fiona is a member of the Curriculum Management and Learning Committee and a guest lecturer for the full time MBA class of the Lagos Business School.

She has vast experience and in-depth knowledge in Finance and the capital market, with focus on strategy, project finance, asset management and product development.

Fiona has successfully been able to set up working structures in unstructured environments. She is very passionate, professional, and entrepreneurial minded and serves on different advisory boards of several SMEs.

Lastly, Fiona serves as a mentor to many professionals including WIMBIZ’ Women on Boards Mentoring Programme and undergraduates for many years till date. She is a pacesetter and a role model.

Capt. Gajanan Karanjikar

Managing Director, Cordelia Marine Services | Maritime Consultant | G-20 Consultant | President, All India Maritime Pilots' Association

Capt. Gajanan Karanjikar has over 17 years of maritime experience, including six years as a Master Mariner.
As Managing Director of Cordelia Marine Services, he specializes in maritime consulting, crew management, and ESG auditing. He is a recognized G-20 Consultant and President of the All India Maritime Pilots' Association.

He holds certifications as an ESG Auditor, Chartered Ship Broker (ICS), PMP, Scrum Master, and Accredited Marine Warranty Surveyor (MWS), among others. His career includes leadership roles at Sical Logistics Ltd. (2016-2021) and Mercator Singapore (2009-2016), where he managed drydock projects, HSQE compliance, and international business development.

Capt. Karanjikar is an expert in vessel inspections, ESG audits, drydock management, and accident investigations. He has also served as Visiting Faculty at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) and written on maritime history and the blue economy. A sought-after speaker, he has co-authored "Role of the Indian Ocean for Global Peace" and is an advisor on the HRB Advisory Committee.

Cristina Di Silvio

Cristina Di Silvio is a prominent professional recognized for her exceptional organizational skills and competencies, particularly in the realm of international relations and social initiatives. She serves as the Director of International Relations for the European Community at USFTI (United States Federation of Trade and Industry), where she plays a critical role in fostering collaboration and understanding among various international stakeholders.

As an organizer and speaker, she has successfully led numerous significant events. Among her most notable contributions are:

  • National Law in Memory of the Fallen of the Police Forces: A national conference organized by ARGOS Association for Police Forces, focused on geopolitical relations and security observatory efforts (November 2021).
  • The Role of Women in the World: Led a working table with embassies from around the globe in Rome, aimed at fostering dialogue and research on women's roles in society (November 2021).
  • Second Conference on SHADE MED: Engaged in discussions on shared awareness and de-confliction in the Mediterranean, in collaboration with EU naval forces and military leadership (2021).

Arc. Agathachristie B. N. Irabor MNIA, SMIPDM, Is a seasoned Architect with over 20 years’ experience successfully managing and delivering projects in highly complex setting in an emerging economy.

She is the CEO/Founder of Beseh Planning and Developers LTD and the COO/Lead Architect of Neelds Realty LTD.

A Registered Member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA), an International Associate member of the American Institute of Architects, a certified Mediation Advisor, a Senior Member of the Chartered Institute of Public Diplomacy and Management CIPDM.
Former Secretary of the Female Architects of Nigeria (FAN), Chair of Practice of The Nigerian Institute of Architects in the FCT.

Currently, a member of the Social Habitat Work Group of the International Union of Architects (UIA) and an Ambassador for the London Build Expo Women in Construction 2021. She has been an Independent Supervisor/ Monitor for the World Health Organization WHO for Polio Immunization from 2007-2010.

She is a Pioneer Steering Committee member of the Association of Professional Women in the Built Environment in Nigeria (WIBEN) and a member of the Interior Designers Association of Nigeria. Accreditor for National Board of Technical Education since Nov. 2018.

Chief Joju Fadairo is a renowned businessman and political leader with a rich history of contributions to Nigeria’s economic and political landscape. He began his professional journey as a clerk and quickly advanced through various administrative and managerial roles, culminating in his appointment as General Manager of Kampsax (Nig) Ltd in Lagos. In 1979, he transitioned into entrepreneurship, founding and managing successful companies in construction, engineering, manufacturing, and mineral processing.

In politics, Chief Fadairo is a prominent leader in Nigeria politics, Aligned with former Governor Gbenga Daniel, he played a critical role in advancing the party’s agenda within the state. His public service includes chairing the Governing Council of Yaba College of Technology, Lagos, and serving on the boards of institutions like Jos University Teaching Hospital and Ogun State Broadcasting Corporation.
