This intensive program blends detailed classroom instruction with practical, hands-on experience.
Each week, participants will engage in one session dedicated to fieldwork and materials market surveys, offering valuable exposure to material sourcing, quality assessment, pricing, and industry best practices.

Hands-On, Practical Training
Our curriculum focuses on practical learning, guiding participants through every stage of shoemaking and leather craftsmanship—from pattern design and leather cutting to assembly, stitching, and finishing.
After each module, participants will complete DIY practice sessions, allowing them to apply their newly learned skills independently and build confidence in their craft. A dedicated question-and-answer segment ensures personalized support and clarity.
Every participant will also receive a comprehensive skills summary document for future reference throughout and after the training.
Upon successful completion, trainees will earn a Certificate of Completion, a valuable credential for employment opportunities or starting their own craft-based businesses.

Women Reform Organization is excited to announce a free online intensive Fashionpreneurship Training designed to empower women in the fashion industry.
Starting on November 9th, 2024, this training provides participants with the knowledge and skills to thrive in the competitive world of fashion design and entrepreneurship.
